Our team is very small (but pretty F*ing incredible!) and we work very hard to make sure our customers are our priority. We are a small woman owned business and process requests as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a response to your email from our Customer Care team.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING
PROCESSING TIME

Due to the handmade nature of our items, each item is printed individually, at the time of order, reducing overproduction.

Processing Time: This is the time required to create your custom-ordered product and does not include shipping.

Once your order is placed, it is sent to our production facility for prompt processing.

Processing time is calculated in business days. All in-stock items are fulfilled between 4-10 business days.

You will receive an email notification with shipping information once your order has been fulfilled and leaves our building.

Processing times are estimates and not guarantees.

This processing time is separate from the shipping speed.
SHIPPING SPEED

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 in the U.S. (after any promotions or taxes have been applied to the order)

All in-stock items will ship within 14 business days (excluding pre-order & sales items-detailed in list below).

We currently only offer US domestic shipping.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.
ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled and left our building.

Orders may be split across multiple shipments.

We always aim to ship as fast as possible, but depending on order volume, it may be a full three weeks to receive your order.

Cactus Bloom Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Any pre-orders on drops are subject to up to 5 weeks’ processing time.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

If your package comes back to us as Return to Sender, we offer a reshipping fee for $10. The additional shipping fee can be paid via paypal or venmo. We will not return items that were returned to us due to incorrect address or carrier inability to deliver a package. If you don’t pay for the reship within 30 days, we will donate your item to a local shelter.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show.

All our shipments include Tracking. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
