HOW CAN I CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE?

Our team is very small (but pretty F*ing incredible!) and we work very hard to make sure our customers are our priority. We are a small woman owned business and process requests as quickly as possible.
Our Customer Care is open Monday through Saturday. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a response.
WHAT ARE HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES?
HOLIDAY ORDER DEADLINES
- Place your holiday orders by December 7 to receive items by December 25 in the US (Standard Shipping).
- We recommend getting your orders in asap to give yourself some extra time in the event any delays or issues arise beyond our control.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All Cactus Bloom Co. orders are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to delivery it to you.
Orders typically take up to 14 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) to ship
Once your order is placed, it is sent to our production facility to ensure our customers get their orders as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, because of this automated process, any requests to change/cancel an order are no longer accepted after your order is submitted.
PRE-ORDER TRUCKER HATS: All limited edition trucker hats are hand embroidered. Any pre-order drops are subject to up to 5 weeks’ processing time. If you receive a partial order, your remaining items will be fulfilled ASAP.
SALES (BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY, ANNIVERSARY, HOLIDAYS): Special sales are subject to up to 4 weeks’ processing time. If you receive a partial order, your remaining items will be fulfilled ASAP.

We offer free ground shipping on all US orders over $100.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped.

HOW DOES THE APPAREL FIT?

Most garments fit true to size but check each item’s product description for sizing guide. We will note in a product description if an item runs oversized, etc. We suggest you size up 1 or 2 sizes for a relaxed or oversized baggy fit.

Trucker Hats are one-size-fits-all and have adjustable snapback closures.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Exchanges are not offered at this time. If you would like to receive a different item, feel free to return your existing item and repurchase the new item.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please make sure you want your item before you place an order. We do not allow order cancellations.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENTS?
Sweatshirts/Hoodies/Tees:
Machine wash
cold.
Wash inside out with similar colors.
Do not bleach.
Lay flat to dry.
Do not iron on graphic.
Trucker Hats: Spot clean only.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
Please ensure your product selection, size, and mailing address is correct when your order is placed. ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED WE CANNOT CHANGE THE ADDRESS.
Orders are processed as quickly as humanly possible. Shipping may take up to two weeks. We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address, or items lost or damaged in transit.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER!!
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
To be eligible for a return, proof of purchase is required. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Cactus Bloom Co. reserves the right to refuse returns based upon the condition of the item(s).
All wardrobe items MUST be returned with original tags still attached for a refund to be processed. Tags must not be cut or thrown away to ensure the item has not been worn.
Sale items (marked Final Sale), personalized items, hats, are final sale.
Eligible items can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of your item(s) delivery date.
Returns may take up to 7 business days to process starting from the date our warehouse receives the return.

HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE TO PROCESS?
ALL REFUNDS ARE RETURNED AS STORE CREDIT. No refunds will be made to the original payment method, no exceptions!

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE?
Cactus Bloom Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information indicates 'Delivered,' Cactus Bloom Co. is not liable for any theft or missing mail incidents. Please get in touch with USPS (your local post office) with questions regarding shipment tracking and to further investigate what happened with the delivery.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED MY ITEMS AND THEY ARE DAMAGED?
All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery receipt of the item. Please email us with a photo attached. If the photo you sent is blurry and we can’t determine the damage, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange. If you contact us after 5 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Certain dyes (like black or dark denim) may transfer to lighter colors. This irreversible effect is increased by humidity and temperature. We do not assume responsibility for dye transfer.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay and Cactus Bloom gift cards. We cannot change a payment method once your order is placed.
AFTERPAY:
Afterpay has a minimum order requirement of $35. Once your order is placed using Afterpay, we are not responsible for your payment agreement.
